Promotion runs Monday, April 7, 2008 until all prizes are exhausted, or approximately Friday, May 9, 2008.
Listeners are encouraged to pick up an official numbered Moose Match 'N Win gameboard from participating client locations which are listed on the Moose web site, www.945themoose.com . Only listeners who have an official numbered game board will be eligible to win the double grand prize for this promotion.
Copies of game boards will not be accepted. Only listeners who hold an original Moose Match 'N Win game board will be considered eligible for the double grand prize.
Several times each weekday between 7AM and 7PM, listeners will hear the cue to call the Moose studio to play. Studio lines are 755-0945 or 1-877-945-WCEN.
The 9th caller at that time will be allowed to pick any of the 2 squares from the game board. The prizes associated with those squares will be revealed at that time. If the prizes from said squares are an exact match, the caller will win that prize(s). If the caller picks 2 squares in which the prizes do not match, caller will be eligible to play at the next contest time.
A caller who makes a prize match will also be qualified to win the double grand prize if, and only if, they are in the possession of an official numbered Moose Match 'N Win gameboard. Upon matching 2 squares, the caller will be asked for their gameboard number. That number will be entered into the random grand prize drawing at the conclusion of this promotion.
Upon all prizes on the gameboard being matched and awarded to listeners, a random drawing will be held from all the numbered game boards eligible and entered for the double grand prize. The double grand prize winner will be contacted via telephone. The double grand prize winner must submit their official numbered Moose Match 'N Win gameboard at our studios prior to receiving their grand prizes. Failure to turn in this gameboard will result in the forfeiture of the grand prizes.
Listeners must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
Employees of NextMedia Broadcast Group, participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television outlets and members of the immediate families of said employees are not eligible to participate.
NextMedia Broadcast Group and WCEN are not responsible for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertant disconnection, misdialing, and acts beyond our control or otherwise.
It is the policy of NextMedia Broadcast Group to not mail prizes and is the responsibility of any on-air winners to claim their winnings at our studios at 1795 Tittabawassee Road in Saginaw during normal business hours.
By participating, all participants and winners agree to have their names, photos, voices and likenesses used for promotional purposes as NextMedia Broadcast Group sees fit to use and participants and winners waive any claims to royalties, rights or remuneration for such use.
By participating, each participant and winner agrees to release NextMedia Broadcast Group and its employees or agents from all claims of liability for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, this contest or from the use of any prize.
Contestants must use their true legal name and address when participating or risk disqualification and prize forfeiture. Prizes must be accepted as rewarded and are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash awards are permitted in lieu of prizes.
Contestants accept all liability for any taxes which may apply form acceptance, use or consumption of said prizes. Each participant must provide a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning a prize over $600 in value will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
All decisions of NextMedia Broadcast Group are final.
Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign a company release form to claim their prize. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of participants.
NextMedia Broadcast Group may amend the rules or discontinue the contest at any time as announced by the station and disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the contest.
