2007 COLGATE COUNTRY SHOWDOWN
Michigan North Mortgage presented the 3rd Annual 94-5 The Moose/Colgate Country Showdown at Frankenmuth's RiverPlace, sponsored by Bader Brothers John Deere and Zhender Chevrolet-Buick inFrankenmuth.  While we dealth with an onslaught of monsoon-like conditions, our singers put on one great show!

Sarah Ferden of Ovid wowwed us

Sarah belted out some long, high notes

Carrie "CJ" Jones of Gladwin had an infectious personality

Carrie was impressive, indeed!

Mandi Layne & Lost Highway owned the stage

Mandi's red high heels got a little wet

Taya Lear of Clyde returned and performed again for us this year

Taya landed in 2nd place in this year's competition

Joe Meyer of Mt. Pleasant took the stage by himself to sing songs he wrote

The first song was about his father. The second, about his cousin in Iraq.

Jim wondering if he gets hazard pay for this...

Amanda Ornelas of Beaverton wowwed us with her vocal range

How cool to have such a young contestant be this good!

Finally, Teresa Pryor and her band, Night Shift, had a blast on stage

The crowd really enjoyed Teresa and her group

And the winner is...
